Comments: If you click from actionable counter, it will trigger this error but not from BenAdmin navigation even though both are routing to same link and same criteria. Seconds after the error prompt show, the report does load and if you close the prompt, you can access the report.
Action: Investigate and address the internal error prompt triggered from actionable counter

Concern :
Internal Error prompt from actionable counter 'Pending EOI'
Cause :
The project ID value was missing on navigation of additional counters.
Correction :
Modified dbo.OES_SP_GetUserHomePageLinks.StoreProcedure.sql and added project ID column in navigation of additional counters.

Correction :
Modified dbo.OES_SP_GetUserHomePageLinks.StoreProcedure.sql and added project ID column in navigation of additional counters. We have verified this issue from Company dashboard and BenAdmin. From both way, we able to access this report without issue.
