Comments: If you click from actionable counter, it will trigger this error but not from BenAdmin navigation even though both are routing to same link https://13.91.43.33/BenAdmin/UserDetails/UserDetails/PendingEOIDetails and same criteria. Seconds after the error prompt show, the report does load and if you close the prompt, you can access the report.
Action: Investigate and address the internal error prompt triggered from actionable counter

Concern :
Internal Error prompt from actionable counter 'Review Changes'
Cause :
The project ID value was missing on navigation of additional counters.
Correction :
Modified dbo.OES_SP_GetUserHomePageLinks.StoreProcedure.sql and added project ID column in navigation of additional counters.
