      "Health Tier Clone Library; unable to clone tiers from library
      Missing check boxes on tiers. Tried to select tier by double clicking or just clicking and no response. In current UI there are check boxes to help select the tiers you want to clone form the Clone Library. I am using IE 11. Also, when you use the scroll bar the additional tiers don’t show as you scroll down in the Health Tiers Label box."

      NOTE - Check boxes are working fine, refer image for more details.

          This issue is fixed and will get deployed on pre-production in next build.
