      Description

      environment: Pre production
      Login:Partner
      browser:chrome

      1.Login as Partner
      2.Home-> Customizer-> Partner/Broker user
      3.Enter all mandatory fields (Email address should not be unique)
      4. click on save
      5.Password confirmation popup occurs. Enter password and click on save button.
      6.Error message is displayed such as "Email address should be unique"
      7.click on OK. change email address and observe Password field which is blank now.
      8.click on SAVE.Password confirmation popup occurs. Enter password and click on save button.

      Actual result: Partner added successfully without entering Password
      Expected result: Partner should not be added
