first click on 'Select Plan' on waived plan triggers a prompt of 'Enrollment for Court Ordered Child is required'. If I close it, I can now click on 'Select Plan' without issue though I did not make any changes to dependent selection

      When on Enroll now page, the first type of Medical it allows for multiple plan selection. When I first click on 'Select Plan' on an originally waived plan, it triggers a prompt of 'Enrollment for Court Ordered Child is required'. If I close it, I can now click on 'Select Plan' without issue though I did not make any changes to dependent selection. Recording at

      Please investigate the origins of the prompt if it is accurate in this use case. If so, it should be prompted again. If not, it should not show.
