We did proper setup with some adjustments with URL( On Preprod , we can not use https://mybenefits.biz/Platform url).

But now the issue is at CHUBB end , please see below screen for details.

Could you please test this behaviour on production and pre-prod with same employee demographic data.

Issue of clicking on enroll now on critical illness plan is fixed, but We are facing issue for critical illness plan on Chubb SSO portal after your DB changes also.
After sign and submit page, we are getting blank page on sso portal
PFA -
due to this we are not to complete enrollment.
Hence re-opning this jira

This issue is at the time of redirecting back from Selerix to Workterra. It is new UI specific issue.

I found there are two separate issues due to which the only blank popup window gets appeared at the time of enrollment submission back to Workterra from CHUBB/Selerix.

1)The main web.config from web-server of Pre-Prod is missing CHUBB specific entry , which allows to post the data to Workterra application.

We have this configuration only in Production web-config, as CHUBB setup is on production only.

I will check in the changes for allowing CHUBB specific entry with above key on pre-prod, so in next build this issue will get resolved.

2)The window is not getting closed : This is due to the changed hierarchy of DOM elements of the window in new UI. Will correct the DOM hirearchy of the popup as per new UI.

After moving CHUBB specific URLS inside Content-Security-Policy in web.config, I observed the next blockage is below URL, it it not getting load on pre-prod .

https://www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js

Once , above URL allowed on Preprod, this issue will get resolved automatically.

This will be available for QA on 01/24/2018 along with proper SSO setup .

We cannot test fix to this issue on Codemap, as per development team comments fix will available for testing on 01/24/2018 along with proper SSO setup on Preprod.

We will test the fix directly on Preprod on 01/24/2018

You can test this ticket on pre prod, but proper SSO testing you can do after setup only.

We have verified the fix on Preprod using company "Nexion For HSPL", now employee gets redirected to Chubb SSO window after clicking on "Enroll" button. Changing status to "Production Deployment on Hold"

As it is not possible to test the Chubb integration fixes on codemap, we will test the fix directly on Preprod.

Verified the fix on Preprod, working as expected. Employee get redirected to SSO window after clicking on "Review Plan". Verified the fix for "Deep South For HSPL" "Deep South For HSPL".

Verified the fix on Production for "CSE For HSPL" after production build deployment. It is working as expected. Closing the Jira.
