PrimeHealthcare>Please check if we can add spacing between dropdown title and dropdown value

Company - PrimeHealth care
Browser - Chrome
(Employee Details - Userid – 510583210/Password – Pass@12345)

1] Login to the application as a employee.
2] Traverse OE Flow.
3] Observe the dropdown on Spouse Eligibility Dropdown form.

Actual Result:
There is no proper spacing between dropdown title and values, it seems that tile is touching the value.
Suggestion:
Please check if we can put some spacing, so UI wise it looks proper.

Same issue for Southern Regional as well.
