      Description

      Environment:Pre Production
      Login - Employee
      Company: Parkview Medical Center

      Issue: Able to see enrolled and Waive both on enroll now screen for Employee
      Require Verification > No

      Steps:
      1. Employee Login > Self serve mode for New Hire > Enroll Now - Voluntary life > Waive > Navigate back / Next
      2. Again Enroll Now Page > Voluntary Life > Enroll > Vol Spouse and Child will get eligble > Enroll both Vol Spouse and Child Plan > logout
      3. Login > Enroll Now - Voluntary Life > Both Waive , Keep Waive and Enrolled are appearing on screen.

            Same issue is appearing on TCBH company as well for New Hire Mode . Please go through below screenshot for the same .

            Even after enrolling the plan is not appearing . Please check the highlighted in below screenshot.

            We can not continue with new Hire Enrollment for TCBH company due to this issue
