Massman Construction>"Enrollment Cost" widget displaying in black color and not getting closed on expanding

Company - Massman Construction
Browser - FF and Chrome

Steps:
1] Login to the application as a employee. ( thspl9999/Test@12345)
2] On Dashboard click on expand icon for "Enrollment Cost" widget.

Actual Result:
Widget is displaying in a black color, also not getting closed after clicking on Close icon.
Expected Result:
"Enrollment Cost" widget should display properly and should get closed after clicking on Close (X) icon.
