      Steps:
      1] Login to the application as a employee. (thspl9999/Test@12345)
      2] Navigate to "Enroll Now" page, click in "Brochure" link for "Guardian Accident" plan.

      Actual Result:
      "No preview available" message is displaying, though brochure is uploaded.
      Expected Result:
      Brochure should be get display.
