Bubble did not display on mouse hover for Partner login

      Description

      Environment - CodeMap

      Company Name - For QA KinderCare

      partner - partnerab/Test_123456

      Step:-
      1.Login with Partner
      2.Select company
      3.Navigate to BenAdmin >> reports >> Invoice Management
      4.Now move mouse hover on created invoice

      Actual - No bubble display on screen

      Expected - It should display bubble on mouse hover

            The bubble is not getting displayed due to theme style-sheets folder (i.e. CityofWestCovina) & stylesheet (i.e. Theme.css) which is not present at specified location (i.e. /Assets/StyleSheet/Theme/).

            Example: Assets/StyleSheet/Theme/CityofWestCovina/Theme.css

            Can you please look into this?

            This issue is resolved now. We have copied "CityofWestCovina" Theme,css file on global level.
