Issues & Steps :
1. Go to form builder -> select any form -> drag n drop Forms Library control -> Settings -> Not able to select custom form under Select forms list
2. When no forms added to, message "No record Found" is hidden under header.
Please refer attached screen shot.

We have committed changes of jira on SVN and it will get deployed in next build.

Concern :
Pre Prod -> Form Builder -> Forms Library Control -> Not able to select forms by choice
Cause :
The not text and form selection section getting overlapped and same thing happening for "No record Found" message.
Correction :
Adjusted both sections so that de not overlap on each other.
