I have done the OE mode and New Hire Mode testing on Production University Health for Hspl and City Of Casselberry for Hspl companies. Form contingency working as per expectation. Please find the attached detailed testing status of each company.

Hello Sachin,

We checked employee on pre -prod. Found that this was happening because employee form data was inconsistent.

Below are details
Additional form data is pending for approval but it wasn't approved and "Need Approval" flag set to "No". Due to that employee data not updating properly. Which fails next contingent forms.

The issue of form not eligible is verified on Codemap. This is implemented an verified.
Now, Employee is getting the Medical Coordination of Benefits B plan as per eligibility.
Marking item state as Ready for Production
