Please find steps to repro

1.Login to application using EE credential
2.OE started
3.Navigate to Enroll Now page
4.Enrolled in HSA Premium Medical - Anthem
5.It enables Medical Coordination of Benefits
6.Select Yes and click on Confirm

Actual - Application did not add "Medical Coordination of Benefits Part B" in tunnel

Expected - It should add to tunnel

Concern : Form is not showing in work flow even it is eligible.

Cause : For performance point of view in Enroll Now V2, we done some code changes after form save. This scenarios is not covered under that.

Correction : We have removed code now.

Concern : Next form is not getting eligible after saving additional form.

Cause : Problem with sequence on Enroll Now page of benefits and form. Also form pending scenario not working properly.

Correction : We have handle these scenarios along with pending scenarios.

Note : While testing this please also test continue button & back button of enroll now.

Hi Sachin Hingole,

I have done the OE mode and New Hire Mode testing on Production University Health for Hspl and City Of Casselberry for Hspl companies. Form contingency working as per expectation. Please find the attached detailed testing status of each company.

Hello Sachin,

We checked employee on pre -prod. Found that this was happening because employee form data was inconsistent.

Below are details
Additional form data is pending for approval but it wasn't approved and "Need Approval" flag set to "No". Due to that employee data not updating properly. Which fails next contingent forms.
