Concern : The below employees deductions for the STD grandfathered plan did not appear on the payroll file. The STD grandfathered plan was terminated effective 12/31/2017.

Cause: We have checked given employees(010131,104952,105408) and these employees enrolled into Previous Short Term Disability -52 Weeks (coverage amount listed is your weekly benefit) STD plan were enrollment was roll out on 10/19/2017 export file properly. On 10/31/2017 given employees STD enrollments termination date was changed 12/31/2017 to 10/31/2017 through scheduled import.

All above STD enrollments are terminated but they are not rolled out on the file because of we mapped CVHP Payroll Indicator and Send Records Without Zero Cost Indicator together on sub template. Combination of these two indicators have some code logic issues, due to this given employees STD enrollments are not roll out on 11/02/2017 export.

Correction: We have corrected code logic to send terminated records in case of CVHP Payroll Indicator and Send Records Without Zero Cost indicators are mapped on template.
Impacted Areas: Row wise export.
