When clicking on the Design Format Layout tab on the Demographics form under the Form Builder section I receive a Server Error.
Please see attached screen shot for reference. Please advise when this is fixed.

Please find below 3C's details :
Concern: Server Error when clicking Design Format Layout tab - Demographics page.
Cause: Caused by scripts missing in MasterCompanyDB which used when new company added from UI.
Correction: We have executed missed required scripts on this company.

Cc: Sheetal Bodhale Hi - I checked this today and I confirm that the server error is not showing anymore. I now see the concern on the demographic Design Form Layout now has the same concern as NF-5529
