1] Login to the application as a employee.
2] Traverse the New Hire or OE mode.
3] Observe the the "Add" button on the Payroll screen.
Actual Result:
Button is not displaying.
Expected Result:
Button should be display.

Please find below 3'C details :
Concern : Add button is not displaying on Payroll screen.
Cause : On the Payroll page, the condition was not properly handled to show add button in existing code.
Correction : Made code changes to show the Add button on Payroll page.
