      Description

      Credentials Used:
      Account: Softchoice (Newbie Test)
      User ID: nete03041978
      Password: Password@1

      Issue:
      The following benefits were not viewable to the new hire during enrollment and/or available to view coverage: STD, LTD, US Basic Life/AD&D, EAP
      These plans are listed on the Confirmation Statement with $1.00 coverage (not correct).
      Please see attached screenshot.

      How it should work:
      Plans with (correct) coverage amounts should be viewable to employee. ER cost should be showing?

            Hi Christina Karnes,

            This is not an Issue. Please find below comments -

            Isssue 1- Benefits were not viewable
            Cause - This is because benefits are not selected on Company Information -> Employee Data Screen -> Select Benefit Plan Type.
            Please select Benefit types to get benefits available. Screenshot attached for your reference -

            Issue 2 - ER cost should be showing -
            Cause - STD plan having 0 cost. this is because STD plan does not have any mapped rate.
            rest plans are getting proper cost.

            Please let me know in case you need any information from my end.

            We are refreshing data of this company on pre-production, so the employee you added will not be available on it after data refersh. Request you to verify this point today on pre-prod.

            I checked on Pre-Prod today and the correct benefits are showing on the Enroll Now pages during the Employee tunnel. This ticket can be closed.
