Issue:
The following benefits were not viewable to the new hire during enrollment and/or available to view coverage: STD, LTD, US Basic Life/AD&D, EAP
These plans are listed on the Confirmation Statement with $1.00 coverage (not correct).

How it should work:
Plans with (correct) coverage amounts should be viewable to employee. ER cost should be showing?

This is not an Issue. Please find below comments -
Isssue 1- Benefits were not viewable
Cause - This is because benefits are not selected on Company Information -> Employee Data Screen -> Select Benefit Plan Type.
Please select Benefit types to get benefits available. Screenshot attached for your reference -
Issue 2 - ER cost should be showing -
Cause - STD plan having 0 cost. this is because STD plan does not have any mapped rate.
rest plans are getting proper cost.
