Custom text for Delta Dental, and Medical did not populate
How it should work:
Enroll Now Medical
To enroll in your Medical benefit select a plan (listed below) by clicking the button in front of the plan name. Once you have selected a plan you can select the dependents you would like to cover by checking the box next to their name

Hello - I took a look at this one and this is an issue. It looks like from Darryn's review that the text in Form Builder Enroll Now on Medical and Dental wasn't moved down. It looks like the text was added to Benefit Description customization but that is not where the missing text was from.

As there is no custom message for Medical and Delta Dental. Please see below screenshot for more info. If below is not case so please share a screenshot with actual and expected.

The data for City of SSF was copied over on 24 Nov from Production. Any custom text added post-24 Nov will not be reflected within pre-prod. Checking Pre-prod, there appears to have no custom text set up on Dental and Medical. With the custom text review exercise, you can update it preprod and mark on the defect log so this can be copied over to production for the release.

We are able to see custom text after customization for Benefit Type on HSPL copy. Please see below screenshot for more info. If it is not the case, please revert.
