      Issue:
      The medical and vision enroll now pages are missing from new hire enrollment flow. It goes straight from the Emergency Contact page to the Dental enroll now page to the Confirmation Statement.

      How it should work:
      The medical and vision enroll now pages should show as options to the employee during the new hire enrollment flow.
