      Issue: Even after clicking I don't want to make changes Enroll Now screen appearing

      Steps: CA Login > Employee > OE flow [Passive] > Employee Election > select I don't want to make changes > Moves to Enroll Now screen

      Expected: It should directly move to Beneficiary Page
