      Initiate QE during OE > Yes

      Issue: Wrong plans appearing in flow
      Steps:
      CA Login > Employee > OE Passive work flow > I want to make changes > Select Plans (Example Plan selected : Basic Life, Medical, Vol Life) > Enroll Now screen > Only selected plan should appear

      Now, Medical, Dental and Viion appeared

            As per your comments in JIRA NF-4349 for CA login
            OE [Passive]=> Fail
            OE + Initiate QE during OE [Passive] => Fail.
            So we are not able to initiate QE in workflow for CA, please check assign once NF-4349 is fixed.

            Tested this on Codemap on For QA CHMC AZURE company. Working fine as expected. Only selected benefit types are being displayed In Passive OE.
