Steps:
CA Login > Employee > Dependent Audit should initiate
But no flow initiate. On enroll now screen mode is available.

As per discussion with Umesh, this jira is dependent on WT-10594 - Bookmarking not working for enrollment pages, the changes for this are not present on UiRefresh, so marking this JIRA status on HOLD.

Concern : LB | Dependent Audit Work Flow | Classwise OE + Dependent Audit | CA | Bookmarking not working
Cause : Dependent audit bookmarking was not working, code was not proper
Correction : Added code for bookmarking for dependent audit workflow.
Impacted Areas: Dependent Audit Workflow for EE and CA login.
