Hi Jennifer Mitchell,
We have check the customization on company information page in tab Employee Data Screen it is not set properly.
Enroll Now- Basic Life and Enroll Now - Basic ADD befits are not added in employee tunnel, please add those in tunnel then only you will able to see auto enrolled plans under benefits Basic Life, Basic ADD in employee tunnel.

Jennifer Mitchell Hi Jennifer, if you are referring to the data in preproduction, they were coped from production and not stage. The data were copied on 24 November. Will you know if the updates to the flow was made before or after 24 Nov so we can see if it is a timeline issue or a data issue. Thank you.

Enroll Now - Basic Life
Enroll Now - Basic ADD
Enroll Now - LTD

I was unable to locate 'Enroll Now - Telemedicine by Teladoc' from Preprod; likely created after 24 Nov. Even without it, we should be able to proceed with client testing (since we can't expect preprod to mirror production real time). Hope this helps. Thank you.
