We have checked the customization for plan VSP Signature B Plan Centinela under benefit Vision Design system message is not set for the plan VSP Signature B Plan Centinela thats why it is not showing for that plan.
Please find attached screen shot for more details.


You need to add same custom message for Plan VSP Signature B Plan Centinela then only you are able to see that message.

Bellow are the steps to add custom message for plan VSP Signature B Plan Centinela.

1. Click on Form Builder.
2. Select on Enroll Now.
3. Select tab Design System Message
4. Add System Message for Vision Benefit Type.
