NF:- Any company Server error displayed on clone plan to same company or other company.

      Description

      Step:-
      1] Log onto Preprod site.
      2] Search and select city of ssf for hspl company.
      3] Click on Add/Change plan design option from BenAdmin curtain
      4] select any Benefit type
      5] Try to clone any plan

      Server error is displayed. The error log is as below:-

            Issue is getting reproduced on City of ssf for hspl - preprod
            We have restored company and verified on hspl copy

            Concern : Any company Server error displayed on clone plan to same company or other company.
            Cause : Inside sp 'OES_SP_ClonePlanDesignFromCompanyToCompanies' declration of Variables type are inproper for two variables named '@CloneFromCompanyName','@CloneInCompanyName '
            Correction : Proper size given for these two variables.
