      Issue:
      In testing via admin only, this NEW HIRE (Test Test) received the Open Enrollment window.

      How it should work:
      New hires should be effective 2/1/2018 and yet were given a 1/1/2018 open enrollment window. This did not happen in the Stage environment.

            Hi Vijayendra Shinde,

            We are able to reproduce this issue, can you please check:

            Since issue is logged 3 days before (i.e. in 2017), while reproducing we have changed the "Open Enrollment Effective Date Rule" - Current Year.

            Please note we have revert back the settings, i.e. set "Open Enrollment Effective Date Rule" rule to "Next Year" again.

            Hello Deborah Mascot,

            We checked above mentioned employee. Employee getting both New Hire & OE mode.
            Please refer attached screen shot for same.

            Employee is eligible for "New Hire Eff-2016" rule, "Ignore new hire during OE" and "Ignore OE during New Hire" both are set to "No".

            Eligibility of this rule is change by "Jennifer Fernandes" .
