      Description

      Credentials Used:
      Account: User ID: tete08201978
      Password:765432tb
      Issue: Employee should not be eligible to enroll during Open Enrollment, as not eligible to enroll until 2/01/2018. Only OE option available.

      How it should work:
      Employee should not be able to enroll prior to earliest benefit eligibility date

            We are able to reproduce above mentioned scenario on preprod for CHMC company with after login with mentioned credentials. Can you please take a look.

            We checked mentioned employee. Employee hire date is 12/18/2017. Please find below screen shot for employee classes.

            We checked New-Hire & Re-Hire rules and employee not eligible for any rule new/re-hire rule.

            Company has class-wise OE and employee is eligible for "Centinela Hospital Medical Center Open Enrollment 2018" rule. Due to that rule employee getting OE mode.
