Hi Vijayendra Shinde,
We are able to reproduce mentioned issue on Pre production. The mentioned employee is getting NewHire and Open Enrollment mode with same effective date:
Please note The only change we have made to reproduce the issue is - "Open Enrollment Effective Date Rule" from Company Information page was set to "Next Year" we changed it to Current Year.
Please note we have reverted the change and again set it to "Next Year".
