Hi Raymond Williams,
We have found that Employee has added (Dependents) Spouse and Child on date 01/03/2018 (mm-dd-yyyy) with New Hire open enrollment, and new Hire enrollment date is 01/02/2018 (mm-dd-yyyy).
Where Open Enrollment date is 01/01/2018, because of this in open enrollment spouse and child are note eligible.
To make them eligible for open enrollment you need to re-save the spouse and child in open enrollment with effective date 01/01/2018 (mm-dd-yyyy).
