NF:- Clone Rate functionality not working as per expectation.

Steps:-
1] Log onto Preprod site.
2] Search and select any company
3] Now click on Rates option from Benadmin curtain
4] Now click on the Clone button below any rate.
5] Enter Rate Name and click on Apply button.
6] Pop up box will appear guiding what will happen on click of Ok and Cancel button.

Actual Result:-
System automatically cloning the Rate with plan mappings also even if the user does not click on any button.
