Class-wise OE Start and End Date issue

Environment - Codemap / Prep-rod

1) Login wit partner
2) Select company -> Company information -> Classwise OE
3) Enrollment Start and End date
4) OE start date -> 01/01/2017 and end date 12/30/2018
5) System shows validation message, OE start date should be less than equal to End date
6) Suppose OE - Start date - 01/01/2017 and End date 12/31/2017
7) System save the changes

Expected - System should accept the date even though year is different

Note - This scenario is working fine on Production and Stage environment
