OnBoard - for User access policy need to provide security features for onboarding modules

      Description

      Right now while creating security policy for OnBoarding by default all features rights are given to partner.

      We need to provide security rights for all features to enable/disable access to partner user.

            Cause: Onboarding Menus were not listed while creating User Access Policy.
            Correction: Mapped Missing Menus for Onboarding
