NF:- Additional Forms not being displayed for Employee Login as well as Admin Login for Spanish and French Language Login

Steps:-
1] Log onto Codemap site with partner credentials.
2] Search and select For QA-CHMC-Azure company
3] Click on Form Builder option from BenAdmin curtain
4] Add an additional with the check Add to Menu as Yes
5] Make this form eligible for all Employees.
6] Now login with an Admin of this company with English Language
7] Search any Employee for whom the form is eligible.
8] In the Employee Settings menu you will be able to see the additional form
9] Now logout and login with the same admin but with French or Spanish Language
10] Now search the Employee for whom the form was eligible.
11] Now in Employee Settings menu you are not able to see the additional form
12] Again same with Employee Login also.
