            Hello Raymond Williams,

            We checked rates from company all rates are ended on 12/31/2017. OE effective date is 02/01/2018. Also new hire effective date of employee is 01/01/2018.

            As no rate is active for 01/01/2018 & 02/01/2018 due to that zero cost is showing.

            Please let us know ,can we extend rates to 12/31/2018 which are ending on "12/31/2017".
