      Description

      Credentials Used:
      Account: User ID: cstrickler (or rmolnar)
      Password: STRCHA34 (or MOLRON36)

      Issue:
      a) Aetna Medical Plan enrollment option shows as TEST PLAN and does not permit employee family members to be enrolled. See attached. Should it be deleted from the options?
      b) Medical and Dental plans offer Plan Comparison, but if you click on it, you receive message stating, "Comparison Tool not configured." See attachments.
      c) When entering as employee, the OE message appears in duplicate on the right side of the screen. See attached.
      d) the OE Guide attached is dated 2015 and refers to the old Workterra system. I sent an email to the Account Rep letting her know that the guide should be updated. See attached.
