City of Denton fir hspl -> Admin login -> Add employee -> Currency and date format field showing validation , even after selection

1)login with admin
2) Add employee
3) Fill all mandatory details
4) Click on save
5) System shows validation -> Currency and date format field is required, even after selecting USD as currency, due to this not able to add employee
6) Other options are not given for selection , only USD is given

Expected -> After selecting currency system must allow to add employee
