      Description

      Env - Codemap
      Company under test - For QA-FDU-Azure
      Note - This issue is related to new UI

      1] Login to the application as a employee.
      2] Traverse OE/New Hire mode.
      3] Navigate to Enroll Now>TexasLife plan. (
      4] Click on "Review" button, employee gets redirected to TexasLife SSO window.
      5] Enroll in this plan.
      6] When employee get redirected to WorkTerra, observe the cost and coverage fields.

      Actual Result:
      These fields are not of the gray background.
      Expected Result:
      Mentioned fields should be of gray background.
      Refer attached screenshot fro more details.
