      Description

      Step to reproduce issue:-
      Browser – IE 11

      1. Login as employee
      2. Click on employee "Change Profile Picture"
      3. Upload Profile Picture.
      4. Reload page
      5. Sidebar menu disappear

            Please find below 3C's for issue -

            Concern : Workflow sidebar menu disappear after uploding employee profile image.

            Cause : Hard Coded ProjectId and ModuleId in image upload function

            Correction : Added dynamic ProjectId and ModuleId in Image Function

            Verified on codemap.
            Browser: IE11

            Scenarios verified:
            Verified upload profile picture functionality for employee. Admin and partner login.
            Verified employee workflow and admin workflow.Upload profile picture and completed workflow.
            Able to complete workflow and Workflow sidebar menu appears properly.
            Verified all attached test cases.

            Found some issues at the time testing. Please refer jira id NF-5943 and NF-5944 for same.
            Once this issue resolved assign jira back to me.

            This fix was related to Windows Slidebar disappearing and as per your comment this issue is fixed.
            NF-5943 & NF-5944 both issues not occurred due to this ticket. Please un link both linked tickets from this ticket and also change this ticket status accordingly.
