1) Login with partner
2) Select company -> City of colinga
3) Add employee -> fill all detail -> DOB -> 01/01
4) click on save -> System throws server error

Nidhi. This issue is scenario specific, I have mentioned scenario in jira description.
As this scenario will occur rarely hence priority is marked as medium.
