City of Casselberry | Bio metric screening page getting blocked if signature is not given first time.

Hi Nidhi Kaul,

If signature or password is not given first time then next page is getting blocked even we are given the signature and password after showing messages.

Steps to repro:

Login employee->traverse self serve mode->go to bio metric screening page->save and continue without giving signature->next page is blocked->give the signature after that->next page is still blocked after giving signature and password.

Please let me know if something else needed.
