ER Contact Page wouldn't save and move on

While doing a demonstration yesterday with peers, I had created a QE on my test person, and when I got to the Emergency Contact page, the page seemed to get hung up on the phone number. I tried a couple of different times and different numbers, but the page wouldn't save and continue. Here is a snipit.
