Functional - Welcome page - Agreement check boxes does not save when EE log out from change password page

Prerequisite - Chang password is added in self serve mode

Log in as EE (Make sure check boxes are not already save for this EE)
SSN : 999999911
User Name : hspltest985
Password : Password@1
Company : Name ACPS for HSPL
select check boxes and click on continue
log out and relog in using same employee

actual result - Does not save the check boxes
expected result - should save the check boxes for agreements

NOTE - If Change password page is not added in workflow then it save the check boxes when EE log out from 2nd page after welcome page.
