      Description

      Hi,

      Per BCC:

      We are experiencing issues with the Medical rates for City of Walnut Creek. It appears that even though the 2017 rates are end dated 12/31/17, they are still being assigned to some of the enrollees for 2018.

      This came to light because we had to correct the 2018 rates that were in the system. The rates have been updated, but when we went to Extend and Recalc the rates, we noticed there were two entries for some of the Employees.

      EXAMPLE: A. Mitcalf - She has been enrolled in the BlueShield HMO plan since 1/1/2017. On her Confirmation Statement the system is adding together the rates from 2017 and 2018. This is also apparent in the SA Toolbox. When we went to extend and recalculate her rate, the toolbox shows that she has two entries for 1/1/18 – 12/31/18. One is the rate for 2017, the other is the rate for 2018.

      This is happening sporadically on all Medical plans (BlueShield HMO, BlueShield HDHP, Kaiser HMO, Kaiser HDHP).

      Could you please have development correct this issue?

      We have not extended and recalculated the rates for all Medical plans yet as we need to have this resolved prior to doing so.

          • The sub-rate 'PMA (FT) POA (FT)' of the rate 'BS HMO 2018' is deleted from system on date time '2018-01-10 09:33:10.920' but still allocation was there in system. Hence rate is doubling.
          • We have working on data correction and we will update you tomorrow EOD.

          • Additionally, we have found another sub-rate 'PMA (FT) POA (FT)' of the rate 'BS PPO HDHP 2018' is deleted from system on date time '2018-01-10 11:59:10.520' but still allocation was there in system and we have also corrected this records.

          Correction: We have done correction for attached employee's EmployeeCorrectionList(WT-13001).xls.

          Hi Kira Hamilton,

          Please find below 3C's:

          Concern: Sub-rate is deleted if it is in use.
          Cause:

          • There is issue with grid pagination.
          • On rates matrices tab, shows only max 10 records and other records shows with pagination.
          • If sub rate is an use but it shows on except 1 paging, that time checkbox selection is not disable for allocated sub-rate, hence system is allow to delete.
          • For these reason sub-rate is deleted but allocation was still exist in system.

          Correction: We have to need code fix for this and we need approval for code fix.

          I have cross verified this issue on Production and Pre-Prod it is not working.
          We are able to delete used sub-rate when it crosses the limit of first matrices tab (10 sub-rate) or 1st paging.
