Hi,
View Finalized Invoices section ->Retiree Monthly Invoice and Active Montly Invoice -> Download Documents When you click on the download arrow or the actual document name nothing downloads. This funcationality works fine in PROD. Also, the download invoice (excel document) downloads without issue.

Hi Kira Hamilton,
The issue was due to documents were missed to move on pre-production environment file server. Missed documents moved activity already completed by Ashwin Wankhede in NF-5849.
We have verified download documents functionality for mentioned finalized invoices on County of San Luis Obispo company and we are able to download documents from those invoices.
Please check this once at your end and confirm.
