Company under test - Optimum For HSPL

1] Login to the application as a employee.
2] Traverse OE/New Hire mode.
3] Navigate to Enroll Now>TexasLife plan. (e.g. Whole Life 2018)
4] Click on "Waive" button from WorkTerra, plan gets waived from WorkTerra.
5] Click on "Review Plan" button for same plan, employee gets redirected to TexasLife SSO window.
6] Observe the plan at TexasLife end.

Actual Result:
Plan is displaying as enrolled at TexasLife end.
Expected Result:
Plan should be get waived from TexasLife as well, when it is waived from WorkTerra.
