This issue is resolved and deployed as well. You can test it.

Concern : Getting server Error on Company Information when CA login
Cause : Entry for Localization setting was removed after removing entry of Company Module mapping for CA login.Hence not getting proper value for Localization setting. And getting error Index out of bound.
Correction : commented "Localization setting" removal line.
Affected file : \Web\SharedFunctionWebTier\SharedFunctionWebTier\CommonClasses\SharedFunctionWebTier.cs
