Company under test - University Health For HSPL
1] Login to the application as a employee.
2] Traverse OE/New Hire mode.
3] Navigate to Enroll Now>Lifetime Benefits Plan
4] Click on "Review Plan" button, employee gets redirected to Chubb SSO window.
5] Waive the plan from Chubb, after waiving it from TexasLife employee get redirected to
WorkTerra.
Actual Result:
Server error at WorkTerra side.
Expected Result:
Server error should not be displayed, plan should be get waived successfully.
Refer attached screenshot and error log for more details.
Please note we have not found any error log for this error.

We are yet to get any input from Selerix team about this issue, we will change the status of the ticket after receiving any input from them. As of now we are keeping status as - Stage QA : On Hold
