The Online Enrollment DB has been moved to Pre-production from Production on 24th November 2017. Mentioned Company 'SCAQMD' is migrated after that. Hence the Admins which are created after 24th November 2017 are missing on Pre-production.

We need to move them from production to Pre-production. Currently working on the same and will let you know once the User migration is Done.

Can you tell me once the users are moved over to Pre Prod will this add the "BCC Admin Users" back to the "Select User Access Policy" dropdown box on the Admin Users screen? See attached screenshot for more details.

Yes, once the users are moved over to Pre-Prod this will add the "BCC Admin Users" back to the "Select User Access Policy" dropdown box on the Admin Users screen.
