Users are moved from Production to Pre-Production additionally "BCC Admin Users" added to "Select User Access Policy" dropdown box on the Admin Users screen.Please verify this.

Yes, once the users are moved over to Pre-Prod this will add the "BCC Admin Users" back to the "Select User Access Policy" dropdown box on the Admin Users screen.

Hi Kira Hamilton

The Online Enrollment DB has been moved to Pre-production from Production on 24th November 2017. Mentioned Company 'SCAQMD' is migrated after that. Hence the Admins which are created after 24th November 2017 are missing on Pre-production.

We need to move them from production to Pre-production. Currently working on the same and will let you know once the User migration is Done.
